MARINADE:
1/2 cup vegtable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
dash tabasco sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
SALJ:
8 slices white bread
1/3 cup parmesan
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup butter, melted
8 slices sirloin steak rolladen cut
1 garlic clove
parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg
10 Slices Bacon cut in half

MARINADE: Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Store in a jar and refridgerate until ready to use. Shake before use. SALJ: Put bread in a blender and pulse to crumbs, add remaining ingredients and blend. Spread on steaks and roll. Place in a shallow dish and pour marinate on top. Marinate overnight turning 2-3 times to absorb liquid. To cook, wrap each in a slice of bacon, secure with wooden skewer. BBQ over medium to high indirect heat.
