10 lbs Short Ribs
2/3 cups Soy sauce
2 & 1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
3 teaspoon Minced Garlic
3 Tablespoon Honey
1 & 1/2 teaspoon Minced Ginger Root
2/3 cups Minced Green Onions
2 & 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Have butcher cut meat into 1 1/2 to 2-inche pieces. Butterfly ribs by cutting parallel to bone to within 1/4 inch of opposite side; open to lay flat. Combine remaining 8 ingredients. Marinate meat in sauce for up to 24 hours. BBQ until done.
