2 tbsp butter
1 lb carrots sliced
salt and pepper
juice from 1 orange

Heat butter in wide pan over medium high heat, stir in carrot slices, then add salt, pepper to taste plus orange juice. Bring to boil then reduce to low and simmer covered for 15 min or until tender.
